Diamond flame process

This is a process that is hard to describe in words, even after you’ve experienced it.

It is a beautiful and powerful way to unlock stuck energy / trauma that may have been there since before conception or accrued later in life.

Together, we move into experiencing a specific contraction in your body. Often hidden in the subconscious. Together, we open up to experience the material locked into the contraction and feel it. This may feel intensely uncomfortable.

Remaining in that experience, we open up for the experience of awareness itself experiencing the contraction, so we are no longer only locked into an identification with the contraction itself. We become and allow the light of awareness to flow in and make the contraction itself feel spacious and light. One may say we fill it with love. This opens up and allows the contraction to be experienced from both sides.

By nature, all contractions are an opportunity to expand our consciousness. Indeed, looking from the other side, we may say that the experience of contraction is actually awareness flooding in to expand, and often we actively (unconsciously) create a counter reaction to that. Contracting to allow the ego to remain in the known out of fear of the unknown. This is the tension of the contraction we experience. So in this process, we undo the block to allow awareness to expand. Freeing yourself.

This process is about you feeling and experiencing the work inside of yourself.

We do this via phone or Zoom call. It may take 45–90 minutes, depending on how many layers we go into and how stuck the energy is.
