I offer guidance to expand your mind, overcome obstacles, and help integrate the unfolding of your already awakening mind. I support you to get the most benefit from the inner work you are already doing. And at the same time avoid unnecessary suffering.
Transformation is a deeply chaotic and unsettling experience at times for most persons. As we let go of old patterns we may feel like the earth is shattered from under our feet. The familiar sense of I, of direction and certainty in being me may feel lost.
Individual guidance can be the rope handed to you when it feels like you are drowning or the lighthouse pointing the way as you traverse the ocean.
You may have a specific thing you want to talk about or look into. Or you may not know where to start at all. Just come exactly as you are. With love we gently move forward into your true self. Into freedom, a being of love, peace and joy.

These sessions are conducted online as a Zoom call.
You will receive a recording so you can come back to the session at your leisure.
